Don't think there is much of questioning there.. Zoe nailed this gorgeous Balmain dress!

I love the use of frill to give this garment a romantic look and the thin sandals, as oppose to Kim's boots which distracted our eyes from the dress, don't take away from the outfit but are a compliment accessory to it.

What are your thoughts?
