My talented bestie, who by chance is a fashion photographer, Eddie New was kind enough to photograph me the other day at the Chadstone Shopping parking lot prior to shopping.

Cannot get enough of this jacket, its vividness ensures it is always a stand out piece. Nonetheless, it appeared to have perfectly matched my new mirrored Ray-Bans! Success!

I absolutely love this time of the year, the celebs and socialites get onto fashion forward thinking and put together some amazing outfits! These are my favourite looks so far..

Every year at the Met Ball (i.e. the Met Costume Institute Gala) the stars put on elite desginers' most extravagant dresses (well, that goes for some ;)) for the annual opening of the Metropolitan Museum's fashion exhibit at the Costume Institute.

I think most celebrities' fashion mistakes at these events occur due to the dramatising on trying to be different and essentially the need to be trend setting - it's clear to see that the celebrities who didn't go overboard with their outfits and rather stuck with the often-seen line cuts and lengths looked superb! Whilst others who went over-the-top with colours, materials and shapes only received the attention their outfits deserved (from Fashion Police).
